Terms of Use

By downloading or using Stage Feed ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. These terms constitute an End User License Agreement ("EULA") between you and Stage Feed.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions

Stage Feed offers auto-renewable subscriptions ("Stage Feed Premium") that unlock additional features:

• Subscription options — Monthly and annual plans are available. Prices are displayed in the app prior to purchase.
• Free trial — Where offered, a free trial period will begin on the date of purchase. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
• Billing — Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation — You may cancel at any time via your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Price changes — We will notify you of any price changes in advance. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or any part of the App's infrastructure.
• Use the App to send spam, unsolicited messages, or commercial advertisements.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Stage Feed a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the App. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence.

5. Third-Party Content

Event data, artist information, and imagery are sourced from the Ticketmaster Discovery API and Apple MusicKit. Stage Feed does not own or control this content and is not responsible for its accuracy.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding user content and third-party data) are the exclusive property of Stage Feed and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stage Feed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Apple Requirements

These Terms are between you and Stage Feed only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service, the App Store Terms shall govern. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stage Feed is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
